How Do Doggie Dude Ranch Customers Earn Pack Rewards?
If you board your dog or cat with Doggie Dude Ranch and the O’Cat Corral, Pack Rewards lets those stays earn points you can spend at Dingo’s Natural Pet, and the food, grooming, and self-washes you buy at Dingo’s earn points toward your next stay. The program is free, uses one shared points balance across both businesses, and pays at least 1 point per $1 spent, rising to 2 points per $1 as you climb from Trail Member to Fourteener. At Dingo’s, points can be redeemed for a free self-wash (600 points) or a $25 grooming credit, and members who reach the Summit tier get unlimited free self-washes. Points start counting from your first qualifying purchase after you enroll, so the best time to sign up is before your next stay.
You already trust us with your dog or cat while you’re away. Pack Rewards gives you a reason to look at what happens in between stays. Every night at the Ranch now builds points, and those points can be spent at Dingo’s Natural Pet, our sister company, on baths and grooming for your dog. In the other direction, the food, treats, and grooming you buy at Dingo’s pad the balance that eventually pays for your next getaway.
The full tiers and reward catalog live on the Pack Rewards page. This post is written for Ranch families, and it focuses on how your stays turn into Dingo’s perks and what Dingo’s adds to the picture.
What Do My Ranch Stays Earn?
Boarding and daycare spending at the Ranch counts toward your Pack Rewards balance, and so does grooming. At the starting Trail Member level, that works out to 1 point for every dollar. A week-long dog stay at our published $64 nightly rate comes to about $448, which is roughly 450 points before you buy a single bag of food.
Put another way, about $600 of Ranch spending adds up to the 600 points a free self-wash costs at Dingo’s. For a family who boards twice a year, that’s a free bath on the house just for doing what you were already planning to do.
What Can I Do With Those Points at Dingo’s?
The points you earn at the Ranch go to work at Dingo’s in a few practical ways:
- A free self-wash (600 points). Dingo’s self-serve bathing room has waist-high tubs, which is a lot easier on your back than the bathtub at home.
- A $25 grooming credit. Larger credits come with bigger point totals, so the points you build over a year can take a real bite out of a grooming bill.
- Unlimited free self-washes at the Summit tier (3,500 points). If your dog is a regular in the tubs, this is the perk worth working toward.
You can also leave your points at the Ranch and save them for a free night of boarding or the Ranch Pass. The balance is shared, so you decide which side of the pack gets your rewards.
How Fast Does It Add Up?
Here are three sample Ranch families, each building on the last. These are illustrations based on our $64 nightly dog rate, a hypothetical food budget, and Dingo’s grooming at roughly $100 a visit, all at the starting earning rate.
| Ranch Family | Sample Spending | Approximate Points | What It Adds Up To |
| Boards twice a year | Two 7-night dog stays (about $896) | ~900 points | A free self-wash at Dingo’s, with about 300 points to spare |
| Adds Dingo’s food | Same stays plus $60 a month in food ($720 a year) | ~1,600 points | Crosses 1,500 into Base Camp, which includes 50% off a night at the Ranch, and earning speeds up from there |
| Adds Dingo’s grooming | Same stays and food plus 6 grooms (about $600) | 2,200+ points | Enough for a free night of boarding at the Ranch |
Notice how the stays do the heavy lifting at the start, and Dingo’s spending is what turns a nice perk into a free night. Your own numbers will differ, and earning gets faster once you reach Base Camp.
What Is Dingo’s Natural Pet Like?
If you haven’t visited yet, Dingo’s is a locally owned pet store focused on natural dog and cat food and treats, along with pet supplies, professional grooming, and the self-serve bathing room. Grooming covers full grooms, bath-only appointments, nail trims, and de-shedding treatments, and the staff can talk through nutrition if you’re thinking about changing your pet’s food. You can also order from the Dingo’s online shop, and those purchases earn points too.
There are two locations: Westminster at 2741 W 120th Ave, Suite 300, and Reunion at 15209 E 103rd Pl, Suite 1000 in Commerce City. Both are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm, and you can reach the stores at (720) 550-6167. Learn more about grooming and self-serve bathing on the Dingo’s website.
Which Ranch Families Benefit Most?
Holiday and vacation boarders. If you board once or a few times a year, the gap between stays is where Dingo’s helps. Food and grooming purchases keep points flowing all year, and they can be put toward the Ranch Pass, a 1,000-point reward that guarantees a boarding spot instead of a place on the waitlist. With Thanksgiving and winter holiday travel approaching, that’s a real stress saver. At the top Fourteener tier, boarding requests also come with a guaranteed 48-hour confirmation.
Families who take longer trips. A longer stay means more spending at the Ranch, and that means points that accumulate quickly. It’s one of the fastest ways to reach Base Camp without changing a thing about how you shop.
Cat families. Cat food and treats bought at Dingo’s earn points like any other food purchase, and your Ranch spending feeds the same balance, so cat households aren’t left out.
Dogs ready for a bath after a week of play. When your dog comes home from a few days of outdoor fun, a free self-wash is a natural way to spend your first 600 points.
